1.2 Damaged or Defective Product

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Discounted/clearance/special offer items (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Personalized or pre-order items (unless wrong or damaged)


3. Return Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • After 3 days, we cannot guarantee return acceptance.

Exchange is available only when:
