You received a different book/product than what you ordered.
If the product arrives:
Physically damaged
Torn, wet, or missing pages
Misprinted or defective
If some items are missing from your order.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Books damaged after delivery
Books with signs of use or marking
Digital products or e-books
Discounted/clearance/special offer items (unless damaged on arrival)
Personalized or pre-order items (unless wrong or damaged)
To be eligible for a return or refund:
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
After 3 days, we cannot guarantee return acceptance.

Photos/video showing the issue
Description of the problem
Our support team will verify the issue and approve or reject the return request.
Customers may need to send the product back to us.
In case of wrong or damaged products, we cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons, the customer may need to bear the return cost.
After receiving and inspecting the product:
Replacement will be sent (based on stock availability), or
Refund will be issued to your original payment method or mobile banking account.
Refunds are processed within:
3–7 business days after product inspection
Additional bank or payment gateway processing time may apply
We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
We may cancel orders due to:
Stock unavailability
Payment issues
Wrong pricing
Fraudulent activity
Refunds will be processed accordingly.
Exchange is available only when:
The wrong product was delivered
The received product was damaged or defective
Exchange for change-of-mind is not allowed.

Original packaging is included (if any)
